We will be performing maintenance on the controller host for CHI@TACC, so that site will be unavailable while the update takes place. Existing instances will remain running, but any external networking will be interrupted. OpenStack commands will also fail.
Following that, we will also be performing an incremental upgrade of our authentication system. We will be taking it down repeatedly to make incremental backups and upgrades, so while it may appear to be online, it will be highly unreliable until the outage is closed. This will affect all Chameleon sites as well as the user portal and Jupyter.
This outage should last for one hour.
