The Network Stitching feature on CHI@UC is currently non-functional.
No traffic will flow over stitched links, either new or pre-existing. This will impact any experiment on CHI@UC that uses them.
It is caused by an upstream issue, namely a network outage at ANL affecting Chameleon-EXOGENI vlans 3290-3299.
