UPDATE 2015-11-09: Access to Chameleon@TACC is now restored for both KVM and CHI@TACC (Bare Metal). While we expect that the bare metal instances that were running prior to the shutdown should boot, the abrupt nature of the shutdown could result in a few exceptions. Please submit a help request in the portal if you experience any issues restarting your instances.
UPDATE 2015-11-09: The KVM partition is restored and available to users. The CHI@TACC (Bare Metal) partition is undergoing additional maintenance before we can restore access. We expect CHI@TACC to be available by 5pm Central Time today, Monday, Nov 9.
Initial 2015-11-06: Due to a chilled water outage at TACC that unexpectedly impacted Chameleon, it was shut down. We anticipate the issue will be resolved and Chameleon@TACC returned to service by Noon Central Time Monday, Nov 9.
